On Saturday, I participated in the duathlon in Greven. 2.2m/3,5km run, 12m/20km bike ride and then another 2.2m/3,5km run. A circular course with 328ft/100m of cobblestone had to be run/ridden around 12 times. A crazy downpour on the 4th bike lap and a lot of narrow turns. Out of about 100 starters, I came in 17th overall and 5th in age division 40.

My time was 1:07h. The winner crossed the finish line after 1:01h.

It was a piece of work, due to the weather.
