The festival of endurance sports in Lohne offered opportunities for all. We did the triathlon. Sabrina did the sprint distance, while I did the olympic.

Not long to the start of the triathlon.

Thank God for rubber insulated bathing suits. They made the temperature of the water more bearable.

Out of the water and onto the bike….

…to let the others eat my dust.

In the women's division, swimming and biking have been checked off the list…

….Now all that's left is a little bit of running (don't forget to smile).

Congratulations. We successfully finished the first one. It wasn't so bad… was it??? Sabrina finished 2nd in her age division and I in 1st.
