now it`s getting real boring, age-group 3rd at the international Spessart.Bike-Marathon in Frammersbach on the 28th of june 2009, while I´m the perpetuity third I landed on the 64k course with an altitude of 1650m right on the podium with a time of 2:59:51..

At the usual perfect organized event, everything was great. Where to start???? At the pasta-party, with the riders announcement on the evening before the race???? At the changing, fast trails??? The nie weather on race-day???? The food and drink supply, which are worth mentioned or the fantastic vibe at the Grabib-Boost????
