On saturday, I had the possibilty to swim on my very own in the Hardtsee, and in silence!
But than on race-day the lake, who lay like silence on the day before, became crowded and seems to be more than a olympic pool.
The last preparations in the water before the start...
...and off we go!
You had to conquer the lake only once on the 1.9lkm long swim-course, and the exit of the swimming was being watched by lots of viewers and spectators. With quiet a good time off 33min for myself, I made my way towards the bike-course over 90km and 1000m of altitude.
The course was really ambitious, but it was in shape to ride under this hot and dry weather conditions
`-little hats- `
and `shadow play`:
And after the bike course under the bright midday heat, you had to run 21.1km, but they had lots of cold beverages and wet sponges, at the food and beverages supply, just to cool down, so you don´t burst under the heat.

And than the great loneliness starts to begin, where you´re complete on your own and youjust to try the right speed, so, you don´t overheat so much and getting sour.
The sun now stood upright over the bodies off all triathletes.
But supported by the cheering of the crowds, the viewers and spectators, I was able to reach the finish lucky and healthy – it was a hard, hot and ambitious race.
Finally the red carpet.
Altogether 1859 triathleted reached the finish.
