Hello altogether,

at the 14th of may 2011, was the 2nd run of the NRW-Nutrixxion Marathon Trophy in the lovely Saalhausen. It wasn´t the same race like in the year before( 2/3h race), assort they had 3 different distances from 35km and 1125m of altitude until 93km and 3125m of altitude.. While we had wonderful weather, about 800 participants were on the start. I already travelled their the day before, because their was lots to see as well, the premier league races were on the day after the marathons, you were able to see this, by only looking at the preparations of the race. I was really fascinated of the stool in the bath room and asked myself if it would be ancient or up-to-date??? But the hotel was allright. Only a few meters after the start, the first two riders crashed and slided over the bitumen. I saw it with  the corner of my eye made a small and soft turn and could avoid the crash. But than the fate took its own course, after some time my back tyre lost air, first it was slow, and I thought, it doesn´t matter, but than it became faster, but I was not in the mood of changing tyres, so I just used my pump, and this was a real bad mistake, later I knew better. Obviously the lip seal wasn´t allright and so the seal milk coudn´t do his job. Afterwards I had the feeling, that I pumped more, than I rode, but someone told me, that I even had to exercise the muscles, who are unattended… But who care´s, this belongs to life aswell...
