after almost one year of abstinence, I tried again on a Bike-Marathon. I thought 45k and 1000DA(difference in altitude) should be enough for the first time. By the way it made lots of fun and it did´t hurt this time, that much.
Surely, it wasn´t that fast, but I´ll work on that. The day before the race, it rained cats and dogs, and Sunday on race day it was cool and dry,like it should be….

The young man next to me here is Andreas, coming from danmark, he won the 90k round easily and he´s being supported by a little bike-shop in the Eifel. The same shop, where I get most of my material…

Well, maybe, this is the start of something coming up for all in the 50ies....
