Cross race in Appelbüttel in the course of JHV. 8 Pirates joined us for this family event, except for Zimbo of course, whose encouragement (for a good 3 years now) it was that led to our participation in this event.

Rainer van Ellen, 9th place in the Hobby Seniors Division
Ronald Prinzlau, 10th place in the Hobby Seniors Division

Thomas Zühlke, 1st place in the Hobby Elite Division
Thomas Wust, 16th place in the Hobby Elite Division

Stephan Lüdke, 14th place in the Hobby Elite Division
Astrid Peters, 3nd place in the Hobby Women Division

Rober Karrasch, 2nd place in the Licensed Seniors Division and 1st place overall in the Stevens-Cup Cross series
Leif Borlinghaus, 14th place in the Licensed Elite Division

Even Captain Stedebeker from Plettenberg and Enrico Sehm from Böklund came to watch..... the race in the sunny 46°F/8°C weather.

Our first man on the platform was Thomas Zühlke....

Then the Seniors started.

Robert captured the victory in the Stevens-Cup Cross series. Congratulations!! To Lutz and Ede too, of course!

Unfortunately it started to rain during the last race that Leif took part in… so we all got out of there fast. :)
