1000 difference in altitude(DA)carring and pushing, 900DA riding up hill, these are the indigrients für a super day on the way to Greyton. Whether the DA up hill won`t be there, there wouldn`t be these wunderful Downhills and Singletrails.

At the Carry and pushing stages, Dr.EVIL were right with his Tipp to put on soft shoes. Because I did not have so much choice, I used my DMT again, but it also went quite well. I was the Lucky Guy, while choosing the right bike. With the MARIN TEAM TITANIUM – Special thanks to Bernd, I don`t have to weight heavy 10kg up the hill, and Downhill is this Bike a >Dream. Titanium is almost like a Fully – but a little bit more real – when you know what I mean !!! so, that`s enough with the Hymns of praise, after 3 stages, almost everything hurts. The Bones, knees, even the back signal from time to time some emergency call. But all is still within the Limits.

Tomorrow we´ll have 14km and 2202DA in front - let`s see, how that will end. The cliffy slopes, they say, will be ridable – halfway – which will make the things more easier.
