The Vattenfall Cyclassics brought us an exciting weekend in and around Hamburg.
On Saturday I picked up my starter forms, visited the exhibition hall, drank coffee, ate ice cream and contributed to Hamburg's treasury (greetings to the tow truck guy). Sunday there was the race! Masses of highly motivated cyclists, enthusiastic spectators and Pirates, in pink and other colors, in the middle of it all.
