This weekend Ole Panzer and I (Faro Kattner) took part in the first run of the season of the Federal League in Erlangen. More bikers than expected came. There were a lot of unknown faces, like Kenneth Holston the American. The weather was dreamy! On Saturday, I had a pretty hard group for the heat in the youth division, but I qualified for the quarter-final with two fourth places and one third place. I had a pretty bad gate in the quarter-final, but I moved up again. However, I fell on the first turn, which cost me the advancement.

Sunday I qualified for the quarter-final with three 3rd places, where I got into 4th place on the last turn, qualifying myself for the semi-final. In the semi-final I had a bad gate again and finished in 8th place.

Ole made it to the semi-final in the Elite Men's. It was a pretty fast race and Ole only finished in 8th.

Sunday things went a little better for him. He reached the semi-final with a 2nd and 3rd place and this time the semi wasn't as fast. Ole screwed up in the beginning and was in last place! Unfortunately, he was only able to pass 3 other guys and came in 5th.
