In Everswinkel were about 85 starter at the 10 k run…

You had to run 2 rounds with each 5k´s, and 3 of these 5 k´s were softly going uphill out in the fields of Everswinkel...

This run would be a test for me, to see if my foot is allright again. He was allright and I crossed after 43:19 min the finish-line. This contest is not of the biggest, but its organized very well. A almost perfect day with a real nice run and lots of nice people.

On Saturday I will start on a triathlon again. I´ll start in Steinbeck at the „so called –SHORTMAN-“ 500m swim, 30 k by bike andfinally a 5 k run. The buuletin will follow, if I reach the finish-line.
