ITT Ferropolis should be our first physical fitness test this year. The premier of this race attracted some athletes to come to Dessau.
Starters for the half-distance were Bjørn, Martin und myself as well as Sabrina who started on the sprint-distance Die Auftaktveranstaltung lockte dann auch einige Athleten in die Nähe von Dessau. Mit dabei auf der Halbdistanz:. Sabrina startete beim Sprint.

ITT Ferroplis 2009, the first !
An impressive scenery, even the commercial creates a goose-skin. But while we were there we had our goose-skin from the weather 16° Water and 18° Air temperature and high wind, were some “refreshing” cirumstances. Naturally, it started to rain in the afternoon, which didn´t stop until the very next day. Not that good, but…Cause of that, the evnening happenings couldn´t be running as scheduled.
What a pity, for the athletes and the organizer. Surely, here and there are some parts who needs improvement, but afterall a amazing competition by Mike and his team( also the vocal presenter This event could be some kind of cult…
