Well, now that I participated in various of MTB-Bike-Marathons, so I decided to start on a few triathlons as well, it was only a matter of time, until my friend Jan escorted me to one of these. So, I was afraid of that he was bored, I organized a swmmer and a runner for him for a relay team…

The water was icy, and such a wet suit is real nice(Allright, the picture emerged from some other thing, and not from a triathlon, but I thought it matches...) but the wet suit doesn´t worth the trouble, even if you´re such a slow swimmer like me…J

Why it was wind still during the warm-up, and such windy during the race, I still do not understand, suppose to be riddle or something... Probably I rode to fast….

So, this is what we look like, after our work-out, maybe it came from the cramps I had while I was running,but my time for the sprint-distance was 10 minutes faster than my time from last year, sadly it was enough for the 4th place overall.
Jan and his relay finished on their premier on the podium. After all the happenings we were almost starving….
