Been in Glottertal near Schwarzwald for three weeks now and am running a small highttraining with MTB and with Racebikes to prepare myself for the comming season of hardcore bikemarathons.

Im not putting to much worth on Kilometers at the moment, but more on hightmeters, and thats why its been more common for me to ride the same track up and down. Its been very effective for me and is also alotta fun

So I'll be here for a few more days to strengthen my form for the upcomming obsticles.

In the mean time, the Bikemarathon-Pirates are preparing themselves for the Bikemarathon in Rockenhausen which is a 303km and 4400hm race. the perfect start to this Season. www.rsf-donnersberg.de
