I've been training on my racer, here on Gran Canaria, since Sunday with Princess Ruth Hagen, 2RadChaoten.com/Volksbank Radboom. The island is super-crowded right now with members of the BDR: the women and princesses, the U-23 men, men/women juniors, the Bavarian line-up etc, etc, etc....

Next Saturday, I'm taking the island-hopper to La Palma for MTB training with Princess Kerstin Brachtendorf, Team FIAT ROTWILD.
