Wisdom Words of Sunday: Dead Flies on the Steelhead from Capt`n Speed are witnesses for the fast 10-Mile-Run of Großenkneten.

After having a 120k Warm-Up Bike-Race at the RTF in Delmenhorst, Björn and I wanted to get rid of all of the rest from our energies (Filled up by real delicious „RTF“-Cake) at a 10 Mile-Race (About 16k).

By this kind of Speed,Björn weren`t able to Follow...ok, only the first 400m, but then merciless he passed by and mumbled something like...Get out of my way you old Mule...! No respect from older ones the young whippersnapper ! ! !

FWe couldn`t meet us for a after Race-Picture, because one of us were in the Oxygen-Tent, and the other chearched a After-Race Doner Kebab ! P.S : Even on Grandma`s Flycatcher are dead flies, and that thing isn`t really fast…
