On the 21th of june I made my way to Haltern am See for the
SKS-Cup. My run on the interstate got limited because of a
73k shoulder work. But finally shoulder work was over, and
suudenly by about 150km/h an eagle crashed in my car, in the
front windscreen. So, because I had barely sight, I choose
to go on with my way…
When I finnaly arrived, a real strong peleton waited for me,
about 30 masters, one of them was the German champion Michael
Bonnekessel. In the first round, I made my way up to 4th place,
when The Bonekessel passed me, I tried to get his rear bike
and I could hold, but just for one round, because he was to
fast for me…
Surely, shortly after I received a damage and so, I only finished
7th. Although I got a little bit of prize money, like a compensation
for the broken windscreen.
One week later I made my way to a Premier League Race, Starting
time was set for 8o`clock in the morning, which bothered me
a little, but what would you all do to ride such a race.
All went mad just after the start, after the first round I
was finally awake and were able to receive a 7th place overall
in a Premier League Race.
The main difference between the small races I know from the
nothern part of Germany is, that the gap between the starts
is a little bit shorter and that they´re extremely fast, even
downhill. Also, the course are more challenging and interesting.
All in one, everything went better than I thought, special
thanks for my new exercise plans to Fabian Brzezinski(FABOSPORT).
