I travelled with a common cold to the Marathon in Münsingen. It rained, rained and rained. Because I have a cold, I made myself no stress at the Startline and queued myself up in the very last line(Because I did not want to get may Pulse over 170 Beats per minute and of course I didn`t wanted to stand in someones light).
But after 200 metres I realized that I stand too far behind. There were up to 350 Bikers before me, so I had al lot to do, to overtake each of them. Drafting weren`t possible because you ate the mudder all the time and you couldn`t see a thing(After 5k I had to take away my glasses)

Since I´m a little bit older, I start in the Senior Group 1. Because of that I tried a Mudpack for my complexion(What`s good for a woman, can`t be that bad for a man). Yes, but for a common cold, is the 40th place Overall not bad at all…
