Hello Pirates,

I want you to know, that I won`t be here the next two months. Last Sunday at the Hermann`s Run. After 3k`s I twisted my Ankle and got a real nice rapture of a ligament in the left foot Without a second thought, (like a Pirate) I went on with the run until K 18, when I detected that ma foot growed out of my shoe… (The on-going was not that bad, said the Doc, and there will be no remaining problems cause of that) At the Picture you can see which of the ligament got raptured. That means for myself, 4 weeks of lastered leg and than start slowly with the running again, but very carefully, very carefully…. Sad Greetings Mike
