"I felt like I´m stucked in groundhog day" here in my asylum...

Therapies and so called „applications“ who starts right in the middle of the night at 7:00o´clock and last until the dissertation at 16:00o´clock, they talk about FATIGUE (which is something like – paralyzing tiredness ), but by the way, during the dissertations is good sleeping…in between are applications with inhalation,lymphatic drainage, some massages, Kneippism-applications, breath training, gymnastics ith a bigger group and after all, because its still not enough some yoga…

Table-tennis, is now my favourite sport!!! Don´t care if single or double, every evening there´re new challenge´s in the gym…
I´ll be home over the Christmas days from the 24th to the 27 of december just to come back and leave my asylum again on the 29th…
