my first triathlon after my bike accident !

For such a short time after my bike accident I only participated in the so called smart distance. We started with 700m swimming in the Fühlinger lake

There were such heavy traffic on the first meters, but after 400m it went better.
After that I had to ride on my bike 24km with heavy rainfalls and wind, because of that and my accident, I only could reach an average speed of 32km/h

than came the 7k run around the rowinf regatta course, I needed 35min for that.

One good thing was, that my shoulder and my elbow didn´t hurt or made such other problems during the race... So…Attack 2010.
