I´m back again!!! Finally!!! Survived my operation and now almost fit like before…and these are my new ones…

I tried to calm them down, but it doesn´t work !

At last, I could wear again my running stuff, grab it, pull it on and on we go to the lake in Neustadt/Holstein
back in the nature over hill and dale…

Just to breath the fres´n cold air again and just to enjoy that I´m able to run again...

I hoped to one of the gray headed fish eagle again, who are breeding here, but nope, sadly…

Sometimes you can see them fly majestically over the waters. And there wing span of over 2m is really imprssing. Running went quite good after the long break, and these new shoes,fantastic! But I´ll see how they´ll do their work…I gotta tell ya…

So, back to Neustadt again!

Everytime when I run here, I knew why I live here...
