About 600 athlete met for a triathlon, they had to solve 700m of swim, 37km on the bike and after all they had to run 10k.

The winners time from Stefan Günningmann out of Münster was 1:36:30 splitted in 8:32min swim, 51:08min on the bike and he did the 10k run in 36:40.

My time was 1:48:17h which is splitted in 9:23min swimming, on the bike I needed 55:55min and for the run it took me 42:59. Overall I finished 38th and in my age-group I reached the 10th place.
