Everything started with the bad weather here. Bad…because it was so glazed, that I didn´t wanted to endanger my colarbone, while I would like to cycle, so I rather go for a run. So, I got the idea, to participate on a New Years Eve-Run.

Here, you´ve to know, that I already competed in some triathlons, but never in a real running tournament. Because for just running is my time to valuable, why just run, when you can also cycle??? And as well, I was scared of demands, for running to slow...
At this time of grievement came suddenlx the Griesheimer New Years Eve-Run, while you run this, you can justify your time with Off-Season-Break, because of the cold weather and of course of the winter fat reserves…J
Of course I wanted to compete the 10k run, for just 5k, its not worth to travel. And I told the running photograph Martin ( thanks a lot for the pictures) of my goals for this run…”under an hour”

After the first km, my watch told me that I run apace of 4:40, and kindly I could handle and hold this pace speed to the finish, and finished with a time of 47:13min. I couldn´t believe this, so because noone could know how fast I can run, there´s no real finishing picture of me…

Well, the next season of triathlons is about to begin. I already got my new goggles…J

And maybe I´ll compete in another run... Until than…Hapy New Year…
