At the 30th of june I left my MTB at home and changed my bike shoes to running shoes and participated on the 3rd Sparkassen-run with a company valuation. The start for the run was at 18:30o´clock with hot and humid air condition and high temperatures. It was a round course you had to run it 3x, the start and finish was in the Stadion of Savoyer Au.I did the first 2x in the company valuation and for the 3rd run, we had to company team and so I decided to run as a single runner for the Team Pirate. It was a little bit exhausting, maybe from the hot temperatures and at the end I finished 1minute slower than last year and finished with a time of 39:54min for the 8,4km. I finished 29th of 55 in my aga-group and 132th from 369 participants overall. Now, I´ll prepare myself for the Salzkammergut-trophy at the 17.07.10 in Bad Goisern, where I start on the D-distance. Having said this… Platzierung AK 29 von 55, gesamt 132 von 369. Ab jetzt werde ich mich dann auf die Salkammergut-Trophy am 17.07.10 in Bad Goisern vorbereiten, wo ich auf der Strecke D an den Start gehen werde. In diesem Sinne... Under Jolly Roger... Your Mike
