On the 9th of may I went really erly at 6:00am to Oelde. The
course was quite slippery on the steeply grass downhill part.
Which was the main reason for a lot of crashes in the master-class
in the first round.(involuntarily)
I started up from the 5th row and catched the rear wheel of the
german champion Michael Bonnekessel. I made it up to the 5th place,
Michael took the 2nd. The peleton was really strong and highly
engaged, but at the next SKS-cup, I wanna reach more than the
5th place overall.
While I was travelling alone, I only got one picture from the
race, made by a friendly Florian Gaul from the pro´s class.
