Somehow, it felt like holidays

After the Capt´n and Sveny and their Pirate-kids went to the Netherland for the start of the Tour de France, I stayed at the home-port, as the only member of the Pirate Juliacum Team to keep the colors hoisted… If you don´t know what I mean, I was going to roch the half-marathon in Aachen… I went there by bike, just to run a little bit and go home by bike again… It should be than 90km by bike and 21,1km running in competition speed…TOP TRAINING!!! But that´s easier said than done, because my routine of the day didn´t work very well. The course there was very difficult and wavy…this wasn´t just exercise…and until km 15 I ran comfortable as always but than I had to slow down a bit, because I still had the way back and I didn´t wanted to destroy my legs before I´ve been there. Nice race and nice training…Let´s get it started !!! Now ist only 20km Finally arrived at the finish line... After all, it was a nice trainings run for me for the meantime… Overall time : 1:32:17h and 33rd place from 450 and 6th in my age-group See you next time… TEAM PIRATE JULIACUM CaptainKlotz&Girls&chiKKen…
