BIKE-warm-up 2010 in Alicante, Spain:

Better to late, than never: here´s my bulletin of my spring-time training in april: 62 biker in an old traffic bus of Andalusia for a 35h non-stop ride right across Europe… until our finish, the airport of Munich: it was amasing beautiful, traveeling home by bus becasue of the vulcano ash from a really nice bike warming up in Alicante/ Spain. 5 days of awesome tours thru the mountain scenery at Alicante. One day of technical training with Holger Meyer, everything in 6 different types of advancement levels and lots of fun in a week with 26h on the bike 370km and about 8000m of altitude in a spring-time exercise camp.
