Yeah...of course, their was also a triathlon...the City Man of
Hamburg 2010 with Maren, Ron and myself.
We had lots of beverages for before and after the triathlon and
after accreditation, there stood cooling down on the schedule...
 
On Sunday morning at 6:40o´clock everything is still fine in Hamburg.
Let´s take a closer look at the rivals...in the probably longest
transition area of the worls, about 500m…
 
Now, we just have to run 10km along the river Alster
  
But reaching the finish, is the best thing in the world...first
a kiss for the „ Winner“
than taking a shower or like Ron, eating a Hot Dog…because the
fight against the inner temptation, we already won.

PS: The water of the river Alster were warmer than the water in
