Hey Ho and Moin Moin Pirates,

Well, what a weekend here in Cottbus...I´ll tell you, nothing about food supply. We had fried sausages for breakfast and ready baked cake…lucky me, my parents were there and helped me with a doggie-bag out of their hotel. Well, that was the BMX-Race-Premier League 2010, and how ist look like, I´m better than last year, approximately I`ll finish on the 16th place instaed on the 24th, as last year, I learned a bit, this year for sure. My pre-runs on race-day weren´t that good, on saturday ( 6,56) and on sunday (6,6,4), but there were lots of strong riders. What can I say more: more exercise during the winter months, I´m looking forward for it. Next sunday is North-Cup, where I want to defend my title from last year...damn it, I got some bruises and cuts, while I´m training…but no pain no gain.
