Once more the „ Running Pirate of Lausitz“ prooved in the past,
that they´re made for unusually running and leisure time competitions
and that they´re in no fear of any kind of weather. atthe 9th
of july, Manuela Höhne (46) started on a half-marathon distance,
at the lake of Geierswald (a run of the “ Seenland 100-Series”)
with temperatures around 35degrees and finished with a time of
2:05h and became the first in her age-group W45. Last weekend
4 Pirates participated at the Night-Run of Dresden with a distance
of 13,3km
For the 32 year old Haike Hildebrand was it her first running
competition under the colors of our team. She finished with a
time of 1:12h, and did a good job, for a woman just became a mother.
The “ Running Pirates of Lausitz” are proud to welcome her in
our crew. Jörg Mikwauschk ( 123th place, AG:45-49), Steffen Gierth
( 59th place, AG: 35-39) and Matthias Bressel participated as
well.
Matthias Bressel, was the fastest PIRATE with a time of 1:07h,
and finished on the 72nd place in his age-group (30-34). For preparation
for the 12th Morgenpost Marathon of Dresden, the Running Pirates
will participate in the next weeks on several runs, like the city
run in Senftenberg, the DAK-city run of Hoyerswerda. Pictures
