After 10 years and about 30`000km my good old bicycle ergometer
finally quit its service to me, now a decision was made
And the decision fell on a new spinning bike.
Which was delivered promptly. A friend of mine( Rene) helped me
to get the huge and heavy package upstairs thru the narrow stairway
in my flat again, many thanky to him.
But finally we made it, after we unwrapped everything, was a feeling
of cristmas, I thought, with such a maniac wrapping, it gotto
be a awesome Tomahawk Bike after all. On Saturday I started to
fix the bike. Everything went well like planned until I came to
the inferior screws of the sensor and than I came up to the left
pedal, the right one got fixed very easily, like a hot knife thru
butter, without any tools, but when I tried the left one, I couldnīt
get it in an inch, even after may tries. So, whatīs going on here?
The horror just came to a start. Should I gotto call Rose? Return
of delivery? Almost impossible, because I wouldnīt be able to
wrap it the way it was before. It even wonīt fit in my car. So,
whatīs going on? Is it screw thread of the pedal or the screw
thread of the crank, which is broken? But, even if they sent me
some new parts, their cames the question with the crank how to
loosen it , with my abilities and my tools? At my first try, nothing
happened. Wait`n see... Fight again, the daily horror
Even, if the snow is about to leave the lower coutry. Iīm not
really looking forward to exercise outdoors under these conditions.
No kidding, when you take a look in this direction, you normally
re able to see, the hills of my very own exercise course, but
nowaday, you arenīt even able to suspect, where they are.
For a succesful year of 2010
