A cozy sunday morning, looks like that !!!

Though, the captain and chiKKen thought to themselves to to spend the sunday morning quiet comfortable together….with a half.marathon in Eschweiler…Comfortable looks different to me, what you can see you way by checking these pictures… All started up with, that both of them kept searching for the event area and weren´t able to find it, it lasted for centuries, because the journey were very well signed by the organizer...J very close to zero… When we finally arrived we had a reak big chaos, because of the searching we arrived a little bit to late…that means…We arrived and than we heard the shot of the stsrting signal… Well, because of that, both missed the opening lap and had to let the whole peletonpass them…but this doesn´t mean there is no action at all, so, they just started to race without warming up and to chase the peleton ahead. J It took quite a long time for chiKKen to find into his running style, okay the course was also a little bit hilly... For the captain it started quite good, he were able to vary his running speed like he wanted to be…Phew… When they reached km14 the captain said to chiKKen „ Now I´m getting a little bit faster until km19“ and off he goes… At km 19 the captain waited fo chiKKen, so they both could finish together… But the weather and everything else weren´t the best, but under these conditions, it was a real good sunday mornoing with a real nice half-marathon… Here you can see the captain and chiKKen crossing the finish-line… There are more better half-marathons and of course better weather… ;-) The captain used to look better... and chiKKen was so glad reaching the finish-line… After all there was a question if there is the laundry fee for the clothes and shoes included in the starting fee…???
