I went to the Racers-Bike-Trophy in the wonderful Flims (Swiss).
The course was really ambitious. At first I had a good start and
race but it all came to an end after two roun ds because of a
crash chaos right in front of me and I crashed as well and hurt
me.
I became the pedal in my calf...L ( In spite of that, it was great
in Flims.)
After that, I went to Mosbach for the LBS-Cup, and with temperatures
around 38degrees, I almost sweat a lot ;-) The course had some
meaty ascents and after 4 rounds finally I won a race again.
The German Championship in Bad Salzdetfurth will be my next highlight.
