Finally the cycling season started up again.

After the long hard winter and large amounts of snow, where we only casually trained on the bike, there was lots of running stuff on my schedule. On Saturday the 8th od may was the first race in Obermarchbachtal. I choose the middle distance with 52km and 900m of altitude. After lots of scrimmage finally I stood in first line, right next to the youth national squad. J For a long time, I were able to follow the fast speed of the leading group, but after a time I had to let go. So, after 1:56h I reached the finish line, 9th overall of 358 riders and 4th in my agegroup. For a test race quite a good result. Next Saturday I´ll start on a short CC-race.
