Since the 1st of january I´ll be up to mischief on the flower-power island La Gomera, how already announced in the local newspaper, the international island papers of La Gomera the “Valle Bote”

I was faithfully tradionelly welcomed by Detlef Goth, from the Bike-Station of Gomera, which got ist 20years of existance on this island, with the words of “ Ubi, we got the knew 2010 bikes…”

The story and the test of the bikes will follow. www.bike-station-gomera.com Well, this time,is something different for me:
I´ll do MTB-Tours instead of exercise with or by my personal trainer Dr.Yoni
I´ll do depth-exersice instead of altitude training
I´ll do the bike-shuttle instead od doing k3 at the mountain So, I gotta tell you some kind of picture book story…

Sadly it´s not our “bike-shuttle” driving thru the Valle Gran Rey, the sexy-bus…

It´s got 24°C on about 1000m of height,by riving...

Cycling under palm trees on the “ Buenavista-Tour”…

On the highest point of the island of Gomera, the Garajonay, there´s some kind of island seeing: Tenerife, Gran Canaria, La Palma and El Hierro…

Doing a “Cortado” break in the sun of Arure, each coffee just 0,80€…

Having a good tuck in in the evening with the “ Gruppo Badenso” from Karlsruhe, here at the Malaven…
