Hello altogether.

Last weekend was the 8th and last run of the Nutrixxion NRW Marathon Trophy in Langenberg. This yeat the start was in Wiemeringhausen, It was very good organized. Most of the course was new, because, they didn´t get a permission for the former course. We were lucky with the weather, at 13:00o´clock the sun came out, at the side of the race, were lots of viewers, supporters and spectators. Most of the course was in good condition. Of course, some passages of the course suffered from the heavy rain falls of the last days. My goal this year was to finish under the first 10 in my age-group, but tis year, I was quite slower in many races thru out the year than last year, I just finished on the 13th place. In the ranknig of the 8 runs, were three results to cancel.
