Hello from Munich,

because there´s almost no get away this winter – by training – I had to look out for some alternative kind of sports. Therefore, I went on the crocc coutry skining night trail, once a week for skatinig! It´s pure fun doing this. Sliding over well-preparated trails nera Munich in Holzkirchen. After 1 ½ h with a pulse rate of 165 I´m totally exhausted: my legs are shaky and `m not able to move my arms anymore! Often it´s so cold, that changing clothes at the car is a kind of torture – and because of that, I´m really looking forward for the triathlon-summer!
