Hello altogether,

After I raced a week before in Saalhausen on the day before the Premier League Race – it was not a marathon-race, but just a 2h or a 3h race, but luckily most of all on the Premier League course. I participated this weekend at a race in Nordenau… Becasue of the bad weather, their were not that much participants on the course as last year. At the end, I knew, that I shouldn´t have stareted because of a cold. I wasn´t able to hold any rear wheel of the others but my pulse was at its high. Than I lost one of my contact lenses , si I was just able to see with one eye, I tried to reach the finish at least without a crash. Ihope that the weather will be more comfortable next week at the Marathon in Langeberg, and that I not loose my „ vision“ again… Cheerio Elvis
