My first victory this year. It started really quickly over the
first 3,2km in the hilly Rambacher forest. I barely could follow
a real good runner only until km 2, than I had to let go, but
on the 14km MTB course I soon rode up to him and made my way back
in front and were able to get some time in between us, so, he
didn´t become a danger to me on the final running part.
Saturday the 12.06. duathlon in Lorsbach.2nd place

After the first 5km I changed on the 6th place on the bike, than
I thought that I´m not able to ride MTB anymore after the first
10km of 22km, because I started to fast on the running part. Well
on the second round I showed the guys, what I´m made of and how
to ride really fast thru a forest. I could made it up to the 2nd
place and hold this place until the finish of the 2nd running
part of 5km.
