Sons are like their father, an expression told us, but in this

Senftenberger city run, Anna-Maria Mikwauschk (6) and Nele Skopi
(8) went on the course as Pirate-offspring.

They did the „ Bambini“ distance of 500m and did a really good
job, they even reached the front places in their age-groups, for
the enlightment of the whole Pirate-crew.For the “Bambini´s” is
was only for receive the participation medal, and to do some body
exercise for the health, and the “ Running-Pirates of Lausitz”
also think about the offspring for their Leisure-time and multi-sport
group, said H.Skopi. To be an antetype for the kids, he starte
at the main contest, the 1okm run, and not only he, but all the
others finished with some good times and placements, like
Steffen Gierth 46:58min(8th place AG 35-39),
Jan Möller 49:24min(7th place AG 40-44),
Harald Skopi 49:30min(5th place Ag 30-35) and
Jörg Mikwauschk 54:05min(10th place AG 45-49).
A spontaneous hand shake and a compliment of one old, but well
known member of the running scene, gratulated the “ Running Pirates
of Lausitz” and wished them good luck for the “home-match” comong
Saturday at the 4th DAK city run in Hoyerswerda.
