10km run on the Königsallee

At 5th of september , the “KÖ” belongs not the devils, who wear Prada, it belong to the runners. But a few moments before the start, I catched a devile, who tried to hide my tunning shoes before m. SO, I had to improove and found my handball-shoes in a corner of my house. So, as antetype, we bought us tickets for the railway, while we´re waiting for the train, I warmed up myself in the sun at the station. Fastly I registered myself, changed my clothes, put the number on my jeans and watch the pro´s race… It was an awesome view, and we also were witnisses of a new course record with 27minutes. But our race started later, at 15:10o´clock, it was called „ the Prize of the Rheinischen Post”. This run is for snails, who needs 50minutes nd more for the 10000m. Because I belong to them and I still got difficulties to move forward while I run downhill by drafting a snail, this run, was my run. “ Hanging tough“ was my device…and finish mid-field. ON the last 4000m I had some difficulties with my knees and my right foot, they started to hurt, and so, totally exhausted I reached the finish line after 57minutes, and had to hold myself up on my feet, on the junction box, I used before to watch the pro´s race. We had our fun, because we didn´t were able to seperate the runners between men or women, because they were all so skinny, and so we cheered up every „ women“. The winner of the womens race, naturally from Africa, won the race in a time of 33minutes. Even with 7-mile-boots, I couldn´t have done that. Yours Mell, the running snail
