After I sank and nearly drowned in the snow last Tuesday, I decided
for myself, that it´s time again to get out my ski again.
And than, I had to gave my almost new ski to my sister, because
her ski( some really old from my mother) didn´t fit her, I mean
the shoes of our mother…they´re real ancient and I think some
museum would be proud to have them.
SO, we made our way to the cross-country ski run „ HK – Hohe Kanzel“
in the Taunus. The snow was really great there, but the ski had
no wax under it, so we were quite slow with them. Nevertheless
or maybe because of that fact, I was able to crash and sadly my
shoes broke:
So, the last 5km were some king of challenge for me, but, I´m
still a PIRATE and we love new challenges J By the way,to be honest,
when we went downhill, I was really glad about that the ski weren´t
the fastest…

P.S.: By the way, I registered myself for the „Vierlanden Triathlon“
at the beginning of june in Hamburg. I`m looking forward to see
