But the coming year brings me a step clother to my biggest
goal, to participate a triple Ironman. Later some more. The contest
and events of the year 2009 are over and were mastered superbly.
It started with a private indoor triathlon. So, when its get to
cold outside, you can do a competition as well inside. And so,
I made it, and it was awesome…
Then it came to the half-marathon in Forstenried, but a cold lay
me down, as well like bad aches in the lower back, but the 21k´s
in Forstenried were just for warming up and because of that no
judgement. After that I run the 42km in Salzburg, I gotta say
it was worth travelling there. And to train a faster changing,
I participated at the city triathlon of Munich. I gotta exercise
a little bit more on the starting dive, because I lost my goggles
right away and it took me some time to fastem them again
This won´t hurt you on the longer distances but on 425m in a pool???
I wanted to swim as hard as I can. Next I ran the 100km of Biel,
people say, if you ran Biel once, you´ll run Biel ever and ever
again. It was the 3rd time for me, and I think I´ll come back
in 2010. I´m addicted to the run of Biel…
To stay close…
The Alp Triathlon in Spitzigsee followed, ist one of the toughest
short distance triathlon. Shortly later, I started at the Ironman
in Klagenfurt, a real pleasure I gotta tell you… My back keep
on hurting, and every new event made it feel more worse.
The triathlon in Karlsruhe is one of the beautifuliest, from the
organization until the passing the finish-line, everything is
perfect. Just to get a little bit more stamina for the year of
2009
I started at the Alpenfels triathlon, this triathlon is special
for its cliffy bike course, which got changed a bit this year. Finally
I started one day later at the marathon in Füssen. Füssen is located
near the castle of King Ludwig. After all, it was a good and succesful
year of 2009. As I said earlier, I´ll start at the 30th of july
on a triple Ironman in Lensahn.
I´m really feel excited for that, what will it bring for me for
experiences. To exercise for such an event is very volumnious,
I don´t know, how to train for that, I think with patience and
longer units, but I´m really looking forward to it. Your
