At the 29th of august 2010 I participated at the XtasY-Wildwald-Vosswinkel-Marathon,
a run of the NUTRIXXION-Marathon-Trophy, with about 400 starters.
We started at the forest university Vosswinkel e.V. The run was
organized by the RSV Werl-Wickede e.V.
You could choose between 3 different distances, and so you had
to ride the course, once, twice or 3-times… The course was almost
only on forest ways, where you sank in the mud, because of the
heavy rain falls in the days before.
Because I just the short distance, I had luck with the weather,
because it started later that day to rain, so the race wasn´t
or became that good for the participators of the middle or long
distance.
I arrived quite late that day, so I had to start at the very end
of the field. Because the distance was very short, I pushed the
pedal right from the start on and forced my pulse to its highest
point. So, I was a little bit exhausted and sounded like a steaming
engine but gained lots of places, but sadly, in the middle of
the round, it was too much for me and lost some places again.
