It´s done !!! Hopefully winter said good-bye…But, don´t think,
we didn´t do anything during the winter months…
Quite the contrary…
Our junior-Pirate Timika trained as well very hard during the
winter. So, wrap up warm. The little lady now reach the pedals
of her bike and started to ride some excellent bike-splits.
Just to mention it, the little Pirate is just 36months old.
Therefore, we couldn´t stand still anymore, and so we thought,
whatever. Such a little snow, won´t hurt a Pirate. So, we grabbed
out MTB´s and rode a nice deep powder snow tour...
Allright, it was really deep powder sno, you can see it on the
picture. But it was fun of course. We were almost the owner of
all the streets, while there were not so much people , nuts as
we are, to get outside. Naturally just Pirates went outsides….but
you should have a little bit of riding technics with these weather
conditions.
It was a really nice exercise day, when we got back from our MTB-tour,
we already warmed up a bit, Sveny and chiKKen went out again for
swimming. Of course on the way back by feet thru the snow…it would
be rubbish,if you got warm feet from the swimming to let them
stay warm, rubbish, as I said…
In the meantime I got bored a bit, so I thought, who care´s? I´ll
go outside with the little Pirate for sled riding, okay, Timika
did the sled and I did the cross coutry skiing...
But afterall, we´re happy that the winter is almost over now.
So, for a good and snow free season of 2010…
