Street  run series in Herten-Berlich, the 10th in november 2011

Three times a year, thousends of sportsman from everywhere out of Germany,were allured by the street running series in Herten. I was packed with my bag and my dog, just filled out the application form for the run at home in silence and one small thing was today not only to fight against the inner temptation, nor against the wind as well. And soon the 10km run started and of course we listened to the song oft he wind and of course…headwind… The course was very well post-signed, and you weren´t able to run a short cut…. And of course the organizers, kept as well an eye for the safety for those, who participated not by free mind, like car drivers, bikers and pedestrians. Well, no surprises on the running course, just the wind…. I was congratulated when I reached the finish line, first by my pacemaker „ Benny“, than by my support team,thank you for running or waiting 45min with or for me…. Our goods of the booty quest… 7th place AG, 36th place overall.  Time 45:32 (gross-time) and something special for the pacemaker… Greetings Reiner
