Monis PIRATE-bakery:

While I didn´t got any chance to get  something done during the cross races, without anyone of my personnal support team, I tried myself to bake some Christmas cookies. And now, crossing season is over, I get myself started in my „ Moni´s Christmas Bakery”. First of all the recipe: HEating up the air circulation oven on 160degrees, if not, the skulls will freeze, than...  125g butter (fat stone) 100g icing sugar (white – don´t blow!!!) 1 pachage of vanilla sugar (it´s with vanilla, you know?!) 1 dash of salt (you maybe know it from eating eggs?) .... than stir it up until everything is creamy...( Whew, when the butter is to hard, you maybe get a cramp in your arms...) than add:  200g flour 100g grounded almonds( don´t eat them,firstly after baking) 50g cornstarch (will make the dish large and strong – doesn´t work) 1 dash cinnamon (delicious!) 1 egg (rare, not cooked or fried!) ...stir it again and knead it until you got a large chunk, than you put it for half an hour in the refridgerator, after half an hour you gonna unreel it, not to thin, than cutting the skulls:      They´re ready, when they look like this:   While Pirates all fear up the masses in droves, I made lots of them...if not, they will starve and are up to no good...      Than, into the oven for about 8-10minutes…     Than they look out like these, pretty close to the original, or what???      Here you can see the Pirate-battle field, looks like after a real robbery...well, afterwards, you can color up the skully with frosting, made out of icing sugar and lemon, just watch ut it won´t become to sweet. The eyes you can decorate with chocolate lentils, really bad...      And ready they´re, they will make you big and strong, maybe it´s only wishful thinking...      And because of our team jubilee, I had to bake some ships as well, of course they were named like our club…      Well, now I´m prepared for christmas and I wish all of you Pirates, friends, supporters and sponsors a wonderful Pirate-Xmas and a Happy New Pirate Year. So vorbereitet kann es Weihnachten werden und ich wünsch allen Piraten, –freunden, –unterstützern und -sponsoren ein piratenmäßiges Weihnachtsfest und einen guten Rutsch ins nächste Piratenjahr!
