Oldtown race in Höxter

The race went right thru the oldtown of Höxter, and lots of viwerscame to the market-place to watch the MTB-sports. The WDR, broadcast a little bit of the race on regional-TV. Who wasn´t there, missed something, the feeling was beyond words, you had to ride thru the car park from the lowest level to the top and down again.   Over bridges, high above the viewers. You had fast passages with a steep face curve, right along the monovallate. Not to forget the narrow alleys and the stairs. You had to break really hard before the u-turn curves, and to pass the hindrances, you had to carry your bike. Hundrets of viewers at the course. Awesome. Victor (U-13), Leo (U-17) and myself(U-100) hoisted ur colors high against the colorful other jerseys. Victor finished on the 8th place, Leo on the 7th and myself finished on the 20th place, and of course one or another time we passed the camerasa of the WDR, but sadly we missed a posiums place this time, but we can wait, for our chance… See you soon, Victor, Leo and André
