09.07.2011:  Booty quest in Laggenbeck

0,4km swim - 14,5km bike - 5,4km run On board we got:the Pfeifer siblings, Reiner Kowalzik of the Pirte Crew RheinRuhr as well like the local heros: Rouwen Schmitt and Mike Sonntag. Here you can see the title defender Mike Sonntag, when he enters the transition area auch Even Marens new bike( Pink Panther), should be tested here under contest  conditions. It was the 4th triathlon with Pirate attandance, and this time, we wanted to compete on every offered distance, so Reiner and Rouwen started as a Pirate-relay-team. Sadly it wasn´t enough for Mike Sonntag, to defend his title, he ended up on the 2nd place overall. And Marco wasn´t able to finihs the race, because of problems with his digestive system.( DNF) Maren did a good job and ended up on the 3rd place, maybe becasue her new bike. and the relay-team ended up on the 7th place.
